They say that Port Wine from the Lady Nelson is still available in a pub in Killarney.  The Lady Nelson was lost on Skellig Rock on 14 October 1809.  In a lecture sponsored by the Maritime Institute of Ireland, Jim Robertson will relate her story and give an account of the trade with Spain at that time.  Venue: Stella Maris, 8pm Thursday 15 November 2012
